Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Order Processing

Orders are processed for Shipment within 1 to 3 business days of receipt Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). We do not ship/fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders submitted after 1PM EST during normal business hours with not be considered the 1st business day.

Shipping Methods

Orders that are fulfilled and shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS/FedEx/USPS) will have tracking information. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your order confirmation email as well as a tracking link for your order.

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

If a signature is required for delivery of your order, please use a shipping address where there will be someone available to sign for your package. Requests will not be accepted to “re-direct” your order to an address different than the Shipping Address on your order. This is a safety measure.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Your shipping address must correct and complete. We will not be responsible for any extra cost may happen due to the incorrect or incomplete address provided.

  • Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes

  • Order cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

​

  • Not all shipping methods are available for certain items. 

​

  • Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

​

  • Any orders submitted after 1PM EST during normal business hours with not be considered the 1st business day

​

  • Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
