  • Where are your products made?
    Most of our products are made in California U.S.A
  • Is that personalized engraving service fit for all products? How can I get that service?
    It depends on different product designs. We have specific descriptions in each product listing. The personalized engraving service for each product is different. Please check the specific description in the product listing carefully before placing an order. If you need an engraving service, please enter the content to be engraved according to the specific requirements when placing an order.   • I really like your products, but want to make some changes to the design, is that available for me to do that, and How?
    It depends on the product. Some of them are available to redesign, and some are not. In addition, customer redesign of unique products may incur additional redesign fees, and return service may not be supported. If you need our customer redesign service, please feel free to contact us to confirm.
  • I found an error in my order, how can I correct it?
    We understand that mistakes are inevitable. After you place an order, our customer service staff will reconfirm the order content with you, and please check the order content carefully. Since our products are all MAKE TO ORDER, especially the personalized engraving service part, once completed, order change is not accepted, thanks for your understanding.
  • Ho do I place an order online?
    First, you will need to register online and create a free account. You will then need to log in with your email address and password before completing your order.
  • What are the methods of payment?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
  • Why did my Credit card decline?
    There are a few possible reasons why your credit card might have been declined, such as typing errors, non-sufficient funds, and incorrect expiration dates. we recommend that you contact your credit card provider.
  • When will my order be shipped
    Orders are processed for Shipment within 1 to 3 business days of receipt Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Do you ship/fulfill orders on weekend or holiday?
    We do not ship/fulfill orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders submitted after 1PM EST during normal business hours with not be considered the 1st business day.
  • What is shipping time?
    Shipping time is separate from the production time and begins after production has been completed. Shipping time is the length of time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver your package once it has been printed. Shipping time varies depending on the destination from which your package will be shipped and delivered to, and the shipping method you have chosen.
  • How can i check my shipping status?
    Orders that are fulfilled and shipped via a trackable method (such as UPS/FedEx/USPS) will have tracking information. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your order confirmation email as well as a tracking link for your order.
  • I purchased the product more than 30 days, can I still return it?
    Unfortunately, the Goods were purchased more than 30 days can not be returned.
  • I purchased a personalized product has not been more than 30 days, can I return it?
    No, the supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized can not be returned even it was purchased less than 30 days.
  • Can I get a refund for an on sale product?
    No, only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
